The Problem
Newowners is a startup company that connects home buyers with home sellers without an agent in the middle. They required a logo and website that appealed to a younger demographic who are tech savvy and independent thinkers and was to not feel at all like a real estate agent.
The Solution
After research into their target market and the competitive landscape we came up with a unique logo, favicon and website that avoids feeling like a real estate agent and appeals to a younger tech savvy demographic.
